INSTRUCTIONS ON USE

Rotate the wristband around your wrist with the red surface in contact with the sore spot and close with Velcro without tightening too much. In just a few minutes you will begin to feel the warmth and relief from the pain. You can continue your activities normally by wearing as much time as you want.

TIPS

There is no limit to the number of application hours. Wear your orthopedic aid as many hours a day as you want depending on the intensity of the pain.

MAINTENANCE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

You can wash your orthopedic aid regularly in cold water with a neutral detergent and let it dry naturally in a shady place. Do not iron it. Do not place it in the washing machine or in the sun, as the ceramic materials and metals in the fabric may be damaged.
